Our cylinder heads are taken apart, inspected and cleaned. They are then fully ported and polished in our Sunnen VGS machine to optimize flow while maintaining velocity. Our heads are then resurfaced. Last, our high performance BluePrint Mfg. valve springs and titanium retainers are installed along with new valve stem seals.
We
are extremely lucky and privileged to employ the skills of the person
who does all of our headwork. He has extensive experience in Top Fuel,
Blown Alcohol, Pro Stock, Busch Series Winston Cup, Comp Eliminator,
Pro Street and many other notable domestic racing venues. He is also
under contract to design heads, and manifolds for one of the largest
casting companies for domestic tuning. And he only does Sport Compact
heads for us. Give our heads a try; they are top tier performing heads
for any application in sport compact. He first gained notoriety for
designing a port for a B series VTEC head that flowed over 300 CFM @ .500 lift with standard size valves,
which was totally unheard of. Whether it is your Mazda, Nissan, Subaru
WRX, or Honda head, give us a try, these are quality heads. We also
clean all our heads with a $80,000 dollar professional water jet
machine. The heads come out so clean; they look like they have been
bead blasted. But the process is with water only, so they come out
spotless with no sediment left behind. Perfect for the super clean
